Job Description 

  • Purchase and maintain stock on all service-related parts and supplies as needed. 

  • Receive all service-related shipments of parts and supplies. This may require forklift operations. Received shipments must be opened up and inspected to ensure the items are correct, the product is not damaged, and that nothing is missing. Shipments shall be put away within 1 business day. Enter received items into the inventory system. Label the items with Customer and Job Order info. 

  • Source, Order, Pick and Ship parts for jobs as directed by the Service Managers. The expectation is to process the request and advise on the expected delivery of items within 2 business days.  

  • Transfer the stock to the correct location, if required. 

  • Add parts to jobs as directed by the Service Managers. 

  • Maintain correct inventory levels in the inventory system, including doing physical counts. 

  • Keep shelves and bins neat, Organized, Clean and Clearly Labeled.  Return unused parts to shelves.  

  • Return un-needed parts back to vendors.  

  • Handle warranty claims with Vendors.
